WHAT IS ESQUE?

ESQUE Fine Art provides a tightly-knit community of artists the opportunity to share their vision with a like-minded community of people. Each of our artists has been hand-picked for the quality of their work and the uniqueness of their perspective.

We believe in the power of the multiple—that limited editions, when appropriate, allow each artist to be in many places at the same time. Like a book: a multiverse of creativity. We also believe in the power of the stand alone work and the unique vision and authority that comes with it.

What you look at matters. It reminds you who you are and lets others in on the inner workings of your heart, your beliefs, your secrets. What you see is the company you keep and what you share becomes the community you create.


WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTABLE?

ESQUE Fine Art accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.


WILL MY ARTWORK INCLUDE THE ARTIST’S SIGNATURE?

Yes. When a signature is not displayed on the image of an artwork online, it is most likely that the artist has signed the work on the back or beneath the piece. You will also receive a Certificate of Authenticity with the artist’s signature and an exact description of the piece.


HOW WILL MY ARTWORK BE SHIPPED?

For details on how your artwork will ship, please visit the individual artwork page for the pieces you are interested in. Each item ships individually directly from the artist themselves, so it will vary depending upon how the artist plans to ship it. Look for these THREE categories:

SHIPS IN A TUBE

This item will arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube.This method is especially safe for oversized works, and provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be framed by a local framer upon arrival. Upon immediate delivery, we highly recommend you send any works on paper directly to your framer for cautious, professional unrolling of the artwork.

SHIPS IN A CARDBOARD BOX

This item will ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. Expect your artwork to arrive with plenty of support packaged in to make its journey as safe as possible as it travels from the artist to your home. 

SHIPS IN A CRATE

This item will ship in a wooden crate. Large artworks are shipped in a very sturdy crate that is built for shipping art all around the world. The crate will contain packaging materials that meet our strict guidelines to keep it firmly in place during its journey, and will be tightly sealed together. 


HOW DO I TRACK THE SHIPMENT OF MY ARTWORK?

For the most detailed, up-to-date tracking information, we recommend that you track your package via the courier's website—either USPS, UPS OR FedEx.

To identify which courier is handling your package, please locate the email notification you received when the artwork shipped, which contained the subject line: “Your order item has been shipped.”

This email contains a link allowing you to access a webpage with your order tracking details including your specific courier and your tracking number. Please copy the tracking number from this page and then enter it into the courier's webpage for the latest tracking information.

ESQUE Fine Art will also be closely monitoring your order daily until it's delivered and will notify you of any important information regarding your order.
